The Dutch Star Con is a convention with actors from films and tv series and all kinds of activities. This convention was born from the Star Cons (which were organised at the end of the nineties) and the New Star Cons (from 2004 and 2005).
Visitors can meet actors from film and tv series, get their autographs (payment needed) and get a picture with their idol (payment needed). Besides this there are several more activities such as the Q & A's during which actors tell about their experiences and share anecdotes, a costume contest in which visitors can enter with their costume and be eligible to win prizes, and on the Saturday evening there will be a 'BBQ wiz se stars' (of which the available seats are very limited in number).
